Daily Basic Kit Benefits

Learn how the Daily Basic Kit gives you everything you need to support your body and mind.

Skin Health

Improves skin texture, tone, firmness and hydration.

Essential fatty acids are well known for regulating the skin's oil production and improving balanced hydration and fight red, dry, or itchy skin caused by skin disorders like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

Omega-3’s also help protect the skin against sun damage. One study showed that supplementation of 79 females with EPA derived from fish oil for 12 weeks shifted the balance of eicosanoids in the skin toward a less inflammatory species and helped protect the skin from the inflammatory effects of UV exposure.

Omega-3 fatty acids appear to protect the skin from the harmful effects of UV radiation via a number of mechanisms of action. Borage oil (a source of omega-6 GLA) has been shown to improve skin hydration.

The Daily Essential Formula also delivers 15mg of zinc in the form of zinc picolinate which has superior absorption compared to zinc citrate and zinc gluconate according to studies.

The skin has the third highest amount of zinc of the various organs in the body and it plays an important role in overall skin health. It is needed for protein synthesis and wound healing.  Low epidermal zinc concentrations have been noted in patients with acne, psoriasis, and dermatitis herpetiformis, despite normal serum zinc levels.

Supports daily detoxification.

We clean our homes on a regular basis – wiping the counter, sweeping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms and doing the dishes – and we need to be doing the same for our bodies.

The liver is the key detoxification organ and while it does this naturally, it is not equipped to deal with the thousands of toxins we’re now inundated with and our ability to maintain health in a toxic environment is dependent on our body’s ability to detoxify.

Ingredient Highlights:

Organic Broccoli: provides antioxidant-rich phytonutrients that help reduce inflammation, bind to and aid in the excretion of heavy metals, and boost the production of POP-detoxifying enzymes.

Glutathione: one the body’s major antioxidant and detoxification molecule.

Alpha Lipoic Acid: plays an essential role in our ability to detoxify from pollutants and toxins.

Supports the immune system.

We shouldn’t wait until we aren't feeling our best to start focusing on our immune health. Every day, our immune system is busy combating a variety of stressors and so taking a proactive approach and keeping our immune system strong is crucial for optimal health.

The Daily Essential Formula provides excellent sources of key vitamins and minerals to boost your natural defences and support robust immune health.

Ingredient Highlights:

Vitamin C: provided as a calcium ascorbate at higher levels than in most multivitamins. This generous amount helps the body’s natural process of combatting free radicals that are produced daily from exposure to environmental toxins, allergens, UV- radiation, stressors, and undesirable bacteria and viruses

Vitamin D: critical for a healthy immune system and approximately 50% of people worldwide are deficient in this vitamin. Our vegan source of vitamin D is provided as D3 which is superior to Vitamin D2 for raising levels of vitamin D in the body.

Zinc: involved in every aspect of the immune system and response because it supports the actions of specific white blood cells that work to support the body’s immune system to pathogens. In fact, every immunological event is influenced by zinc, making the immune system especially susceptible to changes in zinc level.

Our zinc is in the form of zinc picolinate which has superior absorption compared to zinc citrate and zinc gluconate according to studies.

Amino Acids

Offering a complete amino acid profile.

Adequate protein intake is essential for promoting lean body mass, healthy blood sugar metabolism and satiety.

Pea Protein is well known for having a well‐balanced amino acid profile similar to whey protein and the isolated form reduces the levels of anti‐nutritional factors (i.e. phytates, lectins, tannins and oxalates) enhancing its digestibility.

The Daily Essential Formula provides 28g of organic pea protein produced with a natural extraction process that does not use any chemical solvents.

Helps boost your energy and enhance your focus.

Although a healthy diet and regular exercise can reduce fatigue, it’s nearly impossible to obtain sufficient levels of vitamins and minerals required for optimal energy from food alone.

Environmental and food toxins (i.e. pesticides, pesticides, radiation, smog, smoke, and preservatives) may have damaging effects on cellular components, including the mitochondria, which is responsible for producing more than 90% of the energy for our cells.

The Daily Essential Formula provides the mitochondria with key nutrients involved in energy production and antioxidants to support healthy energy levels and normal mitochondrial function.

Ingredient Highlights:

Alpha-Lipoic Acid: assists various enzymes that function in the energy-producing pathways of the body and promotes antioxidant status, including to help regenerate other antioxidants.

Activated B Vitamins: supports energy production by helping the body properly utilise amino acids, fats and carbohydrates.

Magnesium: an essential mineral to convert the glucose in food into energy. Our magnesium is in the form of magnesium bisglycinate which has been shown to be better absorbed than cheaper forms and does not upset sensitive stomachs.

Supports healthy levels of inflammation.

The association between chronic inflammation and chronic disease is widely recognised. Chronic inflammation progresses silently. Most people don't realise they have chronic inflammation until the symptoms of an adverse health issue become apparent.

The good news? There are simple things you can do to lower inflammation in your body and reduce your risk of developing the many diseases and adverse health conditions that accompany it and one of them includes taking a good quality Omega-3 supplement.

Omega-3 fatty acids play a role in regulating the body's inflammatory process and might help regulate pain from inflammation.

They have been known to have potent anti-inflammatory actions in various inflammatory diseases, including psoriasis, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Daily Essential Formula Details

Many nutrition experts have identified a “nutrition gap” between nutrients consumed in the diet and what is required for optimal health – a gap that can be filled by taking a good quality multivitamin and mineral supplement.

Not all multivitamins are created equally and unfortunately many of them contain cheap, low-quality ingredients that are not fully absorbed by the body. They rarely have potent dosages which means that the active ingredients are not sufficient to achieve the health benefits and are often loaded with bulking agents, additives and other unnecessary ingredients.

With the Daily Essential Formula, you can feel confident that your body is reaping all the benefits as all ingredients are in the best state, exact quantities, and precise ratios to allow all them to be absorbed to their fullest potential.

These nutrients are provided in the most absorbable, tissue-ready forms, including pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (active vitamin B6), L-5-MTHF (active folate), methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12), and well-absorbed minerals including zinc picolinate and magnesium bisglycinate.

It also contains 28g of hypoallergenic, organic pea protein to deliver all essential amino acids in just two scoops. One serving will therefore not only provide you with the highest quality and most absorbable forms of vitamins and minerals, but it will also deliver all essential amino acids that the body needs to help regulate blood sugar, recovery and to keep you full and free from energy crashes throughout the day.

Omega-3 Details

Just like a high quality multivitamin and mineral support, a top-quality fish oil should also be at the core of everyone’s supplement regime. With over 8500 clinical trials and peer reviewed published articles to back it up, a top quality fish oil is crucial for issues related to inflammation. Omega-3 fatty acids are needed for every single cell in the body to function normally - and they have a particular importance for the skin, brain, heart, blood sugar metabolism and nervous system.

The only way to obtain omega-3 fatty acids is through diet or supplementation because the body doesn't produce them. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are two essential sources of Omega-3 fatty acids that are found in oily fish such as wild salmon, sardines and trout. However, most people do not consume these in the amounts required (4-5x a week) to obtain adequate levels of Omega-3 needed. And sadly, with fish also comes the risk of heavy metals and toxins.

Therefore, taking a fish oil supplement such as Life & Soul Daily Capsules is an excellent way to ensure a good balance of these important essential fatty acids that support a healthy heart and blood vessels, brain and nerve function, muscles, bone and joint health, mood, and much more.

Not all Omega-3 supplements are made equally and unlike others in the market, Bare Biology is the only company that publishes full test results (certificate of analysis) for every single batch. They are also the only UK company certified by the International Fish Oil Standards programme, an independent laboratory that tests every single batch of the oils. You can therefore rest assured that you will be consuming the world’s highest standards for purity, potency and freshness.

Start supporting your health properly today.

And thanks to the high quality, bioavailable formulations, know that you couldn't be giving your body and mind a better opportunity to truly thrive.
